It is Christmas gathering at OCK's house again - something my boys look forward to - WII game.   This year Png Png started to understand the instruction of the game and played with Chen Chen.

Working dogs



Central Fire Station

The red and white Central Fire Station located at 62 Hill Street is opened to the public on every Saturday from 9am to 11am.   It houses a watchtower and living quarters for firemen.

During the open house, public can ride on an engine and take pictures with the Red Rhinos (a smaller version of the fire truck) and the firemen.

My boys love climbing in and out of the fire trucks.



















There are staff to educate on the operations within a fire station.   The real fire fighters are there to take pictures with the visitors.

Next door is the Civil Defence Heritage Gallery which opens from 10am to 5pm from Tuesday to Sunday.   It is a mini fire-fighting museum housing old trucks and equipment, plus interactive games and activities on the second level.

Many children enjoy climbing up this old fire engine.

Pasir Ris kids' kampong

I was working on Boxing Day but Hubby applied leave on that day as the 2 boys had no lesson.   He brought the 2 boys to Pasir Ris Kids' Kampong for kiddie fishing.   Needless to say, both of them enjoy fishing very much.

These are the fishes they got.   They only managed to catch a few fishes.   The farm operator gave them more to bring home.

Unwrap Christmas presents

Boxing day is the day we unwrap the Christmas gifts we received.   Png Png started to appreciate presents and wanted to open them.

Among the presents he received, he likes this lighted mobile bus that my sister in law bought for him.

Christmas Eve

I was working half day on Christmas Eve.   When I went to work in the morning, hubby brought the 2 boys to Pasir Ris beach.
