Visit the hair salon

Since birth, Png Png's hair was cut by my mom or sister in law.   He got impatient and frustrated while they cut his hair each time.   His hair was cut "in instalment" as he threw tantrum and refused to cooperate.   

My sister in law brought Png Png to the hair salon.  We were surprised that he shared with us his experience and said that he love to have his hair cut by the hairdresser.   The main point here is, the hairdresser cuts his hair very quickly and vacuumed the hair on his neck.   Thus, he doesn't feel uncomfortable.

Chen Chen saw Forest Adventure at Compass Point and wanted to try.   Hubby brought him to Compass Point on Saturday and Sunday to join Forest Adventure.

Holiday in Genting - 25 June

Today, we spent the day indoor at the First World Indoor Theme Park.   We didn't go to the outdoor theme park as my boys do not meet the minimum height for most of the rides, especially Png Png.

Reindeer cruiser

Chen Chen and Png Png rode the Junior Bumper Car  umpteen times.    This was their favourite ride among all.   The staff at the Junior Bumper Car station tried means and ways to disqualify Chen Chen as he just reached the maximum height.    The staff pushed Chen Chen's legs, asked him to stand straight but to no avail.

Initially, Png Png didn't know how to manoeuver the bumper car.   He kept banging into the wall or the pillar.

He figured out how to manoeuver the bumper car by himself after a few rides.

All the children ran to join the queue after each ride including my 2 boys.

We saw a toddler who insisted on riding the bumper car but he was too young to manoeuver the bumper car.    Hubby asked Chen Chen to ride the bumper car with that toddler.   His mother was very appreciative of Chen Chen's help.

They rode the bumper car from morning till the last ride at 12 midnight .   Anyway, Chen Chen will be disqualified to ride Junior Bumper Car the next time we visit Genting, so we let them be.

Ride De Paris - this is the mini car ride at Eiffel Tower.   Only Png Png could play this ride.   Chen Chen was disqualified and being asked to leave the ride.   He was quite disappointed.   He kept chasing after the car that Png Png rode.

Holiday in Genting - 24 June

Today, we ventured out of  First World Hotel to The Strawberry Farm. We took Genting Skyride to Lower Station.

After we got out of the lower station, we took the Strawberry Farm buggy to the Strawberry Farm.  It's a cute buggy isn't it?   It costs RM2 per pax  1 way for the buggy ride.

My boys were very excited to pick the strawberries.    After all, this was their first experience picking fruits from the plant.

Lavender Garden.   I bought entrance tickets for Chen Chen, Png Png and I.    However, Png Png refused to go in as the weather was very hot.   It was my fault.   I was worried the weather will be cold and dressed all in long sleeve thick top.

 

Beautiful lavender.    Though it was not a large lavender field, I was still very happy seeing spread of lavender.

There were sale of vegetables near the exit of the Strawberry Farm.    The farmer asked to buy some vegetables while I was taking pictures of the vegetables.   He accused me of being lazy when I told him I had no means to cook the vegetables.   Can't he tell that I am a tourist?   Argh........

Bought some local snacks and took pictures before taking the skyride back to the hotel.    Boy, the queue for the skyride was very long ......................
