Singapore Arts Museum

Today is National Day.   Happy Birthday Singapore!   Same as last year, we visited Singapore Arts Museum - the only museum that my boys enjoy visiting so far.

Hot air balloon coloring by visitors
Surprisingly, Png Png wanted to color the hot air balloon.

Chen Chen turned the wheel on the wall.
The 2 boys playing tossing ring.

Colorful exhibits that stood out from the blank and white background.

Spider treasure hunt.

Chen Chen got all of them.   It was not easy with everything in black and white.
The Stella Cave II - cave of constellated animals like the stars in the starry night.

Version for the visitors to play with using screws and thread.

Chen Chen patiently played with this with full concentration.
The wall that responses to the sound from the microphone.

The glossy dreams in depths room filled with eerie monster

Art pieces using things fold in the kitchen
Chair made with 2 trays
Stool made with baking dish.

High stool made with bamboo steamer.

Fridge with drinking cans painted black made it looks like camp fire.

Beautiful art exhibits

The staff let the 2 boys put on headphone.   I had no idea what art was that.
Final station - hand painting.   The painter asked Png Png picture did he want.    He requested for star.

After she painted Png Png, she asked Chen Chen what picture did he want.  He requested for Angry Birds.   The painter said no Angry Birds.   Of course, it was National Day, Angry Bird is a no no.   She suggested Minions.

I love her painting.
